We use high quality raw
material and employ processes that are
best in the industry to ensure high
quality production consistently.
Our fast moving products are cast by
battery casting which is fast and dirt
free. The cast items are uniform ad
the rejection is reduced.
Our glazing and coloring is done in
highly controlled manner to reduce shade
variations between batches. Moreover
the rustic sets that we develop are
so carefully colored that a set of six
pices would appear as if sculpted from
one stone.
Our uniqueness
is the firing that we employ. We have
a tunnel kiln, of English design,
which has two firing zones. There
are very few such kilan’s in
India. The firing gives a well vitrified
strong body and a great long lasting
shine.
Quality of items is checked at every
stage of production. The non-conforming
items are rejected. The final checking
is very rigorous and is carried out
for each and every piece. All our
products have the same quality standards.
